Buying your first home can seem daunting, especially amidst the Toronto bidding wars. My clients and I had been looking for a few months but it seemed that whenever they found a house they liked, it would sell for 300k above list price. So we started looking a bit further out, but the intense bidding wars continued. At the end of the day, location was still so important since they both bike to work.
