The stats say the rental market in Toronto has taken a hit. Apparently not because there were six offers immediately on this beauty in Trinity Bellwoods. But I’m not surprised. Look at this newly renovated Victorian with a shiny new kitchen and two full bathrooms, an office with a stunning south-facing terrace and a master retreat including an ensuite, walk-in closet and second office on the top floor.

So how did we pull it off? We were not the top offer and my clients did not make the most money of the six sets of applicants. Don’t get me wrong, we put in a solid application, but apparently the landlord and the agent just really liked us and were thrilled by how we presented our offer. Money isn’t everything when you are trusting someone to live in your property. I always work with the best clients and I did my best to convey that. It worked!
